CYSD only grants use and access of this website, its products, and its services to those who have accepted its terms.

All materials, products, and services provided on this website are the property of CYSD, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Graphics, logos, and visual identity (Montserrat and Roboto typography).
  • Brand colors (Deep Green #2E7D32 and Calm Blue #1565C0).
  • Textual content, program descriptions, and impact stories.
  • Photography and media assets. You grant CYSD a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast the content you upload or post (such as volunteer applications or partnership inquiries).

3. Donation Policy

Donations made to CYSD support our core programs: Education & Literacy, Child Protection, WASH, and Youth Empowerment.

  • Impact Levels: Donors may choose suggested amounts (e.g., $25 for school materials, $100 for learning space support) or custom amounts.
  • Transparency: CYSD is a registered nonprofit in Cameroon (No. 654/G37/C80/VOL.I/SASC) and operates with full accountability regarding fund allocation.
  • Refunds: Donations are generally non-refundable unless a documented error occurs during the transaction.

4. User Conduct & Child Safeguarding

Users agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose. Given our focus on Child Protection, users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Attempting to extract personal data of children or beneficiaries mentioned in our stories.
  • Misusing the name of CYSD to solicit unauthorized funds.

5. Links to Other Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as Movendi International or UNICEF. CYSD is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

6. Limitation of Liability

CYSD is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website. CYSD reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any disputes related to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Buea, Southwest Region.
